2. Services

thecopywritersroom provides professional copywriting services for sales pages, case studies, thought leadership, ad copy, newsletters and ghostwriting. All services are delivered digitally. No physical delivery.

3. Order and payment

An order is completed upon payment confirmation through Stripe. You will receive email confirmation within minutes. We will contact you within 2 business hours to start the project.

4. Prices

Prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. The price confirmed at order is the final price. Payments are processed by Stripe Inc.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership of the completed copy passes to the client upon full payment. thecopywritersroom may cite the project as portfolio work with client agreement.

6. Confidentiality

thecopywritersroom treats all client information as confidential. For ghostwriting projects, a separate NDA is signed before work begins.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Caserta has jurisdiction for any dispute.
