About this service

A good case study is not a testimonial with extra text. It is a structured argument, written for a specific prospective reader, that demonstrates capability through evidence rather than claims. The difference matters: claims tell, evidence shows. Prospective clients are trained to ignore claims and pay attention to evidence.

Our case study process begins with a structured interview with your client. We ask about the situation before they worked with you, what they had already tried, what made them choose you, what changed, and what they would say to someone in the same position. The interview produces the story. We write it.

Format matters too. A PDF case study for a sales call has different requirements from a case study embedded in a web page for organic traffic. A video script case study requires a different structure again. We ask what the case study is for before we format it.

Delivery includes the full written case study, an executive summary version, and a set of pull-quotes for use in other contexts (email, ads, social). Optional: a short LinkedIn article version for your client to post.
