The room where words work.

thecopywritersroom was founded in 2019 in San Nicola La Strada, in the metropolitan area of Caserta. The name is not a metaphor: copy gets written in a room, alone, with a brief and a deadline. The romanticism of the craft ends there.

What we do is simple to describe: we write copy that has to do something. Not copy that sounds nice. Not copy the client loves. Copy that converts, builds credibility, generates response. If there is no measurable objective, we are not the right people.

We write in English and Italian. For every project, we research the audience, agree structure before the draft, and deliver with a note explaining the key decisions. We do not disappear after the final file.

Brief and discovery

You share the brief, we ask the right questions. Before anything is written, we need to understand the audience, the objective, and what has already been tried. Sometimes the brief is the first problem we solve.

We research before we write. Audience language, competitor positioning, sector conventions, objections worth addressing. The structure is agreed before the first draft.

Writing and refinement

First draft arrives with a brief annotation layer. Each revision round is purposeful, not open-ended. We close when the copy does its job, not when we run out of rounds.

We work with B2B and B2C businesses across a wide range of sectors. Our clients include software companies, professional service firms (legal, accounting, consulting), hospitality businesses, e-commerce brands, and funded startups. The common thread is not sector but situation: they need copy that has to perform against a clear objective, and they want it written well.
Research first. We study the sector, review competitor copy extensively, and interview you and ideally some of your customers before writing. The goal is to understand the domain well enough to write credibly about it without pretending to be a sector expert. What we bring is the craft: structure, clarity, persuasion logic. The sector knowledge we build project by project.
Yes. We write in both languages. For projects requiring both, each version is written natively - the Italian is not a translation of the English. Italian business copy and English business copy differ in density, directness, and register in ways that matter for conversion and credibility. We write each for its actual audience.
A standard long-form sales page typically takes 2-4 weeks from signed brief to final delivery. That includes the discovery conversation, research, outline approval, first draft, and revision rounds. Rush delivery is available for under 1,500-word deliverables. Complex projects (multi-page, bilingual, requiring customer interviews) are scoped individually.
