Refund Policy

Free revisions

Every order includes free revision rounds for 14 days from delivery. Revision requests must specifically indicate what requires modification.

Cancellation before discovery

Full refund. No work has been performed yet.

Cancellation after discovery

50% refund. The discovery represents significant work that cannot be recovered.

After first draft

No refund. The primary work has been delivered. However, we will include all revisions necessary to bring the copy in line with the agreed brief.
