2. Data collected

We collect first name, last name, email address, phone number and country of residence when an order is placed. We also collect anonymous browsing data via server logs.

3. Purpose of processing

Personal data is processed for: delivering requested services; sending order confirmations and project communications; fulfilling legal and fiscal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligation compliance (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

5. Data retention

Transaction data is retained for 10 years as required by Italian tax law. Project files are deleted within 60 days of delivery. Contact data is retained for 3 years from the last interaction.

7. Transfers

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. (USA) under adequate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). No other international data transfers.
