We work with B2B and B2C businesses across a wide range of sectors. Research first. We study the sector, review competitor copy extensively, and interview you and ideally some of your customers before writing. The goal is to understand the domain well enough to write credibly about it without pretending to be a sector expert. What we bring is the craft: structure, clarity, persuasion logic. The sector knowledge we build project by project.
Yes. We write in both languages. For projects requiring both, each version is written natively - the Italian is not a translation of the English. Italian business copy and English business copy differ in density, directness, and register in ways that matter for conversion and credibility. We write each for its actual audience.
A standard long-form sales page typically takes 2-4 weeks from signed brief to final delivery. That includes the discovery conversation, research, outline approval, first draft, and revision rounds. Rush delivery is available for under 1,500-word deliverables. Complex projects (multi-page, bilingual, requiring customer interviews) are scoped individually.
Every package includes revision rounds. If the first draft does not hit the mark, we start with a conversation to understand why before revising, not after. Almost every misfire in a first draft is traceable to either a brief that evolved or a misalignment we can quickly identify. We have a clean revision policy: included rounds cover scope changes within the original brief, and additional rounds are available at a flat fee.
Cancellation before discovery is fully refunded. Cancellation after discovery but before the first draft: 50% is refunded. After the first draft, no refund applies because the primary work has been delivered. In cases where the copy demonstrably fails to meet the agreed brief, we revise at no additional cost.
